Do you offer a lowest price guarantee?

In principle we do not offer a lowest price guarantee. But we do try to keep our prices competitive. If you find an item somehwere else, in the Netherlands, under equal conditions, we can see if we can accommodate you. Please us. State the item, and a link to the website with the lower price.



I don't see any logo's for any security affiliation, how come?

That is correct. We are not affiliated to any organization, although we do fullfill all their requirements. This is a conscious decision because the cost for these organisation are rather high. This would mean that, simply for having a logo on our website, we would have to increase our prices. That is really how high the costs are.

But, as stated, we do meet all the requirements. For instance, you can find all information on us, including our Terms and Conditions and address information, on our website. We meet all legal requirements on sales and online sales and privacy, and payment is handled in a secure enviroment. All disputes are alway handled neat and to customers satisfation.

We can safely say you can search the internet, and you will not any complaints about us. Choosing not to place a logo on our site to confirm this, is simply a choice that keeps the prices down for you.



Can I return an item?

If an item is not exactly how you expected it to be, you can return it to us after you have contacted us. Just send us an .
In your email tell us which item you wish to return, and why you want to return it. We will send you all the needed instructions for returning.
Returnpayment is not done within 14 days, or within 30 days, by MrBully. If we receive the item in an undamaged and unopened package, we will make the returnpayment within 24 hours.
Keep in mind that the shipping costs for returning the item will not be reimbursed. If the item is returned in a seriously damaged package, of without it's original and unopened package, and it can not be sold again as an unopened item, the loss of value will be deducted from the returnpayment.
Before returning any item, always contact us first.

How can I pay?

There are several ways in which you can pay:

  • Cash:
    This will only be acceptable if the order is picked up at our location. Pin is not available at our location.
  • iDeal Direct:
    You cn pay for your order online immediatly. This is the fastest payment option because we get confirmation on the payment within minutes. iDeal is free in our webshop.
  • BanContact / MisterCash:
    You can pay immediatly online from Belgium, which speeds up delivery. This is the fastest payment option because we get confirmation on the payment within minutes. We pay for the standard costs of BanContact / MisterCash instead of charging for those. Unfortunattely there are also variable costs which we do charge. These are 2% of the total order amount. BanContact / MisterCash can also be used through a email link. This has an extra charge of 15 cent.
  • DIRECTebanking / SofortBanking:
    You can pay immediatly online from GErmany, which speeds up delivery. This is the fastest payment option because we get confirmation on the payment within minutes. We pay for the standard costs of DIRECTebanking / SofortBanking instead of charging for those. Unfortunattely there are also variable costs which we do charge. These are 2% of the total order amount. DIRECTebanking / SofortBanking can also be used through a email link. This has an extra charge of 15 cent.
  • iDeal via Email:
    You can get a link through an email for the iDeal payment. This way you don't have to make the payment at the moment you place the order, for instance if you don't have your log-in information at hand. Through the link in the mail you are directed to iDeal and can make the payment in the normal secure enviroment. This payment is confirmed to us within minutes. Shipment will be done as soon as the pyment is done, not after ordering of after sending the email link. The period for payment is 10 calenderdays, after which the order and the link are cancelled. For this option an extra charge of 15 cents is added. This option is also available for BanContact / MisterCash and DIRECTebanking / SofortBanking.
  • Pay in advance:
    Payment needs to be completed within 10 calendar days. The ordered items are shipped after payment is completed. Payment can be made to bankaccount NL20INGB0001928505 (BIC/SWIFT: INGBNL2A) in name of MrBully Inc in Lelystad with name and ordernummer as the description. This is nt the fastest option. Delending on country and bank, the payment could be completed thesame day, or several days later. That is true for payments through internet banking. A payment through a bankform in the regular mail can take much longer.
  • PayPal:
    From the shopping cart you can pay through PayPal. Because the charges by PayPal are pretty high, we have to charge the same costs. Before confirming your order, these costs are calculated and shown. PayPal confirms the payment to us immediatly.
Due to the cost and secutity issues with other payment option, these are the only options available.

What are the deadlines for shopping online?

There are 4 important deadlines set by law:

  • Payment: the period in which payment needs to be completed.
  • Reclamation: the period a customer has to reconsider his purchase.
  • Return: the period within which the item needs to be returned to us after you have informed us you wish to return the item.
  • Repayment: the period for us to return your payment after we have received the item back.
The deadline set by law for all these periods is 14 calendar days.



Are there any other charges?

There are 5 situations where charges are added to your total:

  • If the item needs to be shipped, shipping costs are added.
  • If payment is completed through "iDEAl via Email", there is an additional charge of 15 cents.
  • If payment is completed through "PayPal", there is an additional charge equal to the charges by PayPal.
  • If payment is completed through "BanContact / MisterCash", "DIRECTebanking / SofortBanking", "BanContact / MisterCash via Email", DIRECTebanking / SofortBanking via email", there is an additional charge of 2%, and additionally 15 cents for the email link.

Other payment options like "Cash" and "iDeal Direct" are free.

MrBully does not charge any "Handlingcost" or "Packingcost". The costs of shipping are being charged at the same amount they are charged to us, and packaging is not charged. We take all precautions to ship your order safely and securely.



Can I pay after delivery?

Simply put, No. Nothing is shipped without it being paid, without exception.

By keeping to this strictly, we can keep the cost down. If we were to ship orders, that then are not paid for, our costs would rise and that would raise our prices. And so far, we can honestly say, all our customers always got what they ordered and paid for.



How can I receive my order?

We have 2 options for delivery: Pick-up and Shipping

  • Pick-up
    • You can choose to pick up your order at our location by appointment.
    • The order nees to either be paid in advance, or paid in cash.
    • Pin is not available at our location.
Pay attention! We do not give any guarantees when it comes to delivery times. We indicate the estimated times on our website and in emails, which is usually correct. However, from the moment we hand of the package at PostNL, we have no more influence on it. The indications are reliable, but not a guarantee.
All items have been weighted and the webshop automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the weight. (if you choose the correct shippingoption and country). A small margin has been added to the weights to account for packaging.



How fast can I expect my shipment to arrive?

We basically ship all orders as soon as possible after payment is done. HOwever, we can never guarantee this, circumstances can cause delays. If the shippingday is a holiday, the shipping shifts to the next shippingday. Orders are generally shipped the same day if payment is completed before 12 o'clock noon.

After that, it all depends on the shipping company how fast the package is delivered.
PostNL indicates shipments are delivered within 1 or 2 workdays. within the Netherlands it is mostly the day after you receive the tracking info. Indicates for other countries are: Belgium - 1 to 2 workdays, Germany - 2 to 3 workdays, Other countries - no exact indication available.

When your package is shipped out, your mail give you a link and the code for tracking your pckage. With this you can follow where your package is, and you can get an idea of when you can expect it to be delivered:

Is my order shipped as a package or an envelope?

If the ordered items are small enough, it will be shipped as a mailboxpackage. IF not, then as a normal package. Sizes and weights are all entered in the webshop software and the available options are automatically shown.

My country is not in the list, what now?

If your country is not available, you can place an order in the webshop, select as a shippingoption Ophalen in Lelystad" and as a paymentoption "Overboeking Vooraf". We will calculate the shipping cost for you and email you an orderconfirmation with shipping included, and then you can make the payment. You can always cancel the order if the shipping cost is too high. Prices and information for shipment to other countries can lso be
requested



Do you know when a new series is released?

If that information is available, it will be posted on our
Upcoming page. We don't have more information then you can find on this page. There is no need to emil us to ask when a series is released. Unfortunatelly we keep getting flooded with email on this. Emails on this issue will not be answered because all available information is already on the website. Our Facebook page is also a good one to keep an eye on to see what's coming.



Do I have to create an account an log in?

No, it is not required if you want to place an order. You can place an order without creating an account. If you do create an account, ordering will be easier in the future. You can also keep a wishlist with an account, so you can quickly add items to an order, or send the wishlist to an email address.



Do you fullfill all legal requirements on cookies?

Ofcourse we fullfill those. According to the law, the ony cookies that can be placed on a computer without express permission are the ones necessary for the webshop to function, and these are the only cookies we use. No other information is stored, and no information is send out, besides the information you can see yourzelf in your order.



How does the search function on the website work?

Our website offers 2 ways to search:

  • The menu on the left of the screen makes it easy to go through the menu's and submenu's and find all items. The submenu's also apper in the larger part on the right with additional information and even video's.
  • In the topmenu you will also find a searchbox. This let's you search through the entire site, in the item names as well as the item descriptions. You can make a general search such as "John Cena", which will not just show all the John Cena action figures but also all the clothing with John Cena on it. The searchfunction also has the "EN" function, which requires all the words to be in the name and/or description.



Can I place a review?

Unfortunatelly that is not possible in our webshop. However it is possible to read and place reviews through
Facebook.



Do you send out a newsletter?

No, we use our
Facebook page to keep our customers up to date.



My wishlist has disappeared?

Unfortunatelly this can happen if, due to a major malfunction, we need to replace the compete website. A normal update of the site, which happens several times a week, does not touch the wishlist. A complete replacement of the site rarely happens. But because the wishlist is kept on the server, and not on your computer, and not on our computer, it does happen.
So far, this has happen on : 09-06-2011, 18-04-2012, 29-10-2012, 17-03-2013, 13-12-2015



Is everything in stock?

The stock on the website is current. We ship everything directly. No items in the webshop still need to be ordered from a supplier.

If we place items in the webshop before they have come in, they are clearly marked as "PRE-ORDER" and the description of the item tells you when we expect to receive them.



Do you have more?

No, everything that is in stock, is in the webshop.



Is everything brand new?

Absolutely, new, unused and in unopened packaging, unless clearly marked as second hand. Small items are shipped in bubble envelopes. Larger items and orders are shipped in cardboard boxes with extra packing material if needed to prevent damage during transport.



How does the combinationdiscount work?

With some items you can see other extra items at the bottom of the page. These items can be bought together at a discounted price. How does that work?
You put the main item in the shoppingcart. Then you click on the link for the extra item at the bottom, and put that in your shoppingcart. The combination is then registered and the discount is subtracted.



How do the giftcards work?

In our webshop you can buy giftcards, and you can get discountcards with special offers. The giftcards are available in various amounts, and discountcards can vary in amount depending on the event.

The cards are as standard distributed as a digital card. You have the option of selecting a paper card when you order. You receive a special code in the mail to the emailaddress that is used for the order. This code can then be used when placing an order. That order can be in any name and with any emailaddress. You can gift the card without problems. Do keep in mind that we only hand out the code once, no exceptions.

The conditions for the cards are as follows:

  • The code can only be used once and only in the webshop.
  • The code is valid for 1 year from the date of distribution. In the mail this date is stated.
  • The code is only distributed once to prefent fraude. Safe the code.
  • There is no refund if the orderamount (without shipping) is less then the value of the card.
  • Due to technical limitations you can only redeem 1 card per order. If you ask us, we can combine multiple codes into 1 code, so you can use the total amount in 1 order.
  • Special conditions for discountcards through special events are always listed in the email with the code.
  • Once the code has been used in a completed order, the code is useless.
To recieve a giftcard in paper form, shipping costs are not charged. You can choose "Pick Up in Lelystad" if you only buy a giftcard. If you combine the purchase with actual items, this is not the correct option.



How can I get items giftwrapped?

You can have us giftwrap your items for you. We will neatly wrap the item in the paper you select. Because the items still need to be shipped, we do not put a ribbon or bow on them, because this would not survive the shipping.

When selecting wrappingpaper you have several options available.

If you select 1 Giftwrapping , we will wrap 1 time. This means that if you buy multiple items, and only Giftwrapping, all items will be wrapped as 1 gift. If you want multiple items to be wrapped separately, order more giftwrapping. So 3 items will be wrapped separately if you select 3 Giftwrapping.

If only 1 item needs to be giftwrapped, you can use the remarks box in the orderprocess to tell us which one to wrap. Even if you select multiple papers, use this box to tell us which item to wrap in which paper.

Why aren't all the figures in one series the same price?

With WWE figures this cn happen. The figures in Series 1 can be cheaper or more expensive then the figures in Series 2, and sometimes this can even happen in the same series. This is due to the everchanging exchange rates of both the U.S. Dollar and the British Pound. Because we order the figures from both the U.S., as England, the wholesale price can change from week to week. Sometimes this is in our advantage which means a lower salesprice, and sometimes in our disadvantage which means a higher salesprice. And besides these factors, sometimes Mattel increases their price, which also means a salesprice increase.



Can I still order figures from earlier series?

Ordering earlier figures is extremelly difficult. When releasing a new series, Mattel delivers these in boxes with all figures in the series available in evey box. Pretty quickly after the release these series are not available from Mattel any more. That is why we can not order earlier series from Mattel. Some figures are still available through other channels, and some are not. But this also usually means the price is much higher (supply and demand).



Can I place a Pre-Order for WWE action figures?

This is only possible when the Pre-Orders are on the website. At our
Facebook page we keep you up to date on the latest news.



Can I place a Pre-Order for WWE Replica Belts?

Not any more. Mattel has take steps against the export of replica belts from the US and wholesellers can't sell these at wholesale prices anymore. We would need to buy them at normal salesprice, and with shipping and taxes and profit, they would become way too expensive, easily 100 to 200 euro over the American salesprice.



What about those loose accessories?

The WWE loose accessories don't come from Mattel or Jakks. All these items are imitation. Original accessories from Mattel and Jakks are not for sale loose, only in ation figure packs. That is why so few of these are for sale.

The uality of these items is not the same as the original ones. These items don't come with any warranty.

They fit all standard size Wrestling action figures from both Mattel and Jakks, and other brands as well. They do not fit smaller figures like the Rumblers and Power Slammers.



Is the clothing original from WWE or imitation?

All clothing we sell is real and official. We do not sell imitation clothing. There are how ever 2 kinds of official WWE clothing, clothing from WWE itself, and clothing licensed by the WWE.
Licensed by the WWE
, this means the WWE did not make these clothes, but a clothingcompany has purchased the rights to make WWE clothing. All material and prints are approved by the WWE. Production and sale are not done by the WWE.
WWE Clothing, this is produced and sold by the WWE. This can be shirts sold at a WWE stand at a live event, or through the WWE Shop.
Both types are completely official and legal. You will never buy fake WWE clothing in our webshop.
We have both types in our webshop and the description will note if it is licensed or WWE clothing. How can you see whether a shirt is an official WWE shirt? Basically only by the price, because WWE clothing is ussually about 35% higher in price compared to licensed clothing.
